A special purpose company formed by a fund operated by LaSalle Investment Management of the U.S. started construction of a logistics facility in Minamijimacho, Sakai-ku, Sakai City on October 6. The logistics facility has 30,781 m2 of gross floor area and is intended for exclusive use by logistics company Maruwa Unyu Kikan. The completion of construction is slated for October 2016.
