Located on the east side of Hibiya Park, on the north side of the Nissei Theater, it is a high-rise tower with a height of about 192 meters, 35 stories above ground. The design is based on the image of the dance of the ballroom of the Rokumeikan, which was once in Hibiya, and finished the exterior of the high rise section with a curve.

Taking advantage of the tradition as a city of art and culture, attract people's flow from the surrounding Marunouchi and Ginza. The main feature is 11 screens, cinema complex with about 2200 seats in total. I personally like movies, so it is ideal to haves a movie theater near the workplace. Since our company also locates a walking area of Roppongi Hills, it is an ideal environment where you can enjoy movies anytime, but unfortunately I have not yet tried it even once...

In addition, Hibiya Step Square features a round square with a diameter of about 30 meters on the first floor, a large space atrium of 3 floors of 1st to 3rd floor, park view garden where you can see Hibiya Park in the 6th floor.

Restaurants where you can enjoy the view, sky garden surrounded by greenery were set up by making use of the location facing the adjacent Hibiya Park.

Working with the local people to practice town planning for mixed use (composite use) Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will be its hub.  (Mitsui Fudosan General Manager Yamashita)

Mixed use, I felt like heard it somewhere, it was also used in the Yokohama Kitanaka Tower Condominium that had launched last year. It seems to be an in-season keyword  in Mitsui Fudosan.

I'm look forward to the opening ceremony next month and enjoy the opening cinema, hopefully.
