Sakura Asset Management Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") has established the following "Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces." The Company has set and adheres to the basic policies in order to prevent damage caused by organizations or individuals (so-called "anti-social forces") who use violence, force, and fraudulent methods to pursue financial gain.

1. The Company renounces any involvement with anti-social forces which threaten public safety and order, in addition to confronting them with a firm resolve and rejecting any unjust and dishonest demands.
2. To prevent unjust claims and other demands by anti-social forces, The Company will contact the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan (Criminal Gangs), lawyers, and other external expert organizations and respond in a systematic and proper manner.
3. When unjust claims and other demands are made by anti-social forces, The Company will pursue legal action, both civil and criminal, in addition to prioritizing the assurance of the safety of its directors.
4. The Company shall not provide funds to anti-social forces, involve itself with underhanded dealings with them, or conduct similar activities.
